Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date your order arrived. To request a refund, email info@simonedu.org with your order number. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Custom kits are final sale. Custom eye models made from your images (including the Fundic Exam Simulator Custom Kit and the Equine Custom Kit) cannot be returned or refunded. They are still covered by the warranty below.
6-month warranty
All products in every order come with a 6-month warranty that covers full replacement of any component that becomes defective or stops working. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the user.
To make a warranty claim, contact us first. A faulty or defective product is replaced once you have shipped it back to us. The cost of shipping the item back to us is paid by the purchaser; we pay the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
How to return an item
- Email info@simonedu.org with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
